Description:

Herbies Spices Cinnamon Quills 15G are tightly rolled, concentric layers of the very thin underneath layer of bark. Cinnamon quills have an aromatic fragrance and can be put into stewed composts of fruit or you can put these quills in curries. This has been carefully peeled off cut branches, which are then rolled by cinnamon peelers into meter long quills. These long sticks are cut into short sticks. Ground cinnamon quills are the best grade of cinnamon to use in the majority of cooking applications.
