In Mayan tradition, there is a greeting that many people working with Mayan wisdom know.
In Lak'ech, means I am another yourself. (A modern day interpretation)
It also means I am you, and you are me. (A tradition Mayan interpretation)
We have come to understand this Mayan greeting is an honouring for each other.
At Inlakesh Living Foods our mission is to provide ethically and sustainably nutritional products derived from local suppliers and beyond.
We aim to provide a broad selection of products to our clientele opting for a healthy and nutritious diet, and also aim to deliver products to those with specialty dietary needs, allergies or intolerances.
Living Foods is a store combining an organic retail grocer, artisan deli and licensed café.
