Returns Policy

 

WHAT can be returned?
Unless due to a fault or error, items that have not been used, opened or tampered with in any way can be returned. If the items are received back into store in the same condition as sent, we should be able to offer a full store credit. You need to contact us first before returning any items, so that we can discuss why the items are coming back to us and the best way to return them to us.
 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified of any problems or returns as quickly as possible after receipt of the goods. If you do not notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will work hard to resolve any issues but reserve the right to refuse return.

Items must be returned by Courier or Registered Post.

HOW do customers return items?
Please contact us before returning your item/s, so that we can discuss the best way to get the item back to us.

SHIPPING for returns?
If there was a fault or error with the original product, we will cover any additional Shipping costs. Please contact us prior to return so we can discuss options for return / replacement.


CREDIT for returns?
If an item is returned because of a fault with the product, we offer either a full refund or store credit. If an item is returned because you have changed your mind, and the product is in the original condition as sent, we are happy to offer a full store credit provided you return the product to us.  Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for any change of mind returns.

Instore return option?
Once a return has been agreed upon, you are welcome to bring the item into store.
